TERMS & CONDITIONS
* Room Rates are quoted in US Dollars
* All Room Rates are net including tax and service
* Maximum number of persons per room is 2 adults and 1 child under 12 sharing bed with parents
* Maximum number of persons for whole villa is 8 guests – we can accommodate an additional 2 guests at additional cost of US$50 per additional guest per  night.
* 1 rollaway bed available with prior notice with cost at $15 net/night
* 1 Baby cot is available at free of charge

PAYMENT
* 50% non-refundable deposit to be paid upon confirmation.
* Balance Payment to be paid 30 days prior to arrival

CHECK IN/OUT TIME
* Standard check-in time is 15.00 and check-out time is 12 noon.
* Late check-out is free of charge until 3pm base on availability on departure date, beyond 3pm will
be charged at 50% room rate, and beyond 18:00 will be charged at 1 (one) night room rate.

This is the second time we stayed in Villa Ashoka and it was fantastic once again. The villa has been maintained perfectly a the staff (cook, help, manager etc) were all very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The location is just off Seminyak and very peaceful overlooking the rice fields. The villa provided a baby sitter so that we could step out for dinner in the evening.
